Member Benefits 047-4: Beginners
Filed in 3: Member Benefits,Beginners, , 11:01 amHi everyone, I just joined this site yesterday and I’m LOVING it!!! I’ve worked a little bit with polymer clay, but I consider myself a beginner. I’ve been looking at different posts and comments, and I think it’s great how everyone works together to problem solve and figure out better ways to use this medium. And everyone seems so friendly. I’m so excited about learning more about polymer clay, and I look forward to getting to know all of you! :-) Happy Claying! ~Kat-W >> This comment was originally posted here: Polymer Clay Video Library
As if the two of you are not generous enough already. Now this how thoughtful to share the Teardrop Blend Shift video with everyone. I have told all my friends I have been trying to convince they need to try Polymer Clay. If this doesn’t convince them nothing will. There Loss. I have tried just about every medium and craft there is out there and this is the best by far and You and Doug are a very BIG reason for that. I have come a long way since that first video. I have them all from the beginners on. I suggest anyone who joins even if you have clayed for awhile, purchase the beginners videos. I still refer to them from time to time. Cindy your tutorials are worth there weight in gold and I value you them just that much. Anyone out there thinking about joining don’t think just do it join today the cost is $3 something a month and you get 4 tutes a month. I don’t even know where you can get one tutorial for that amount do you?????? To beat that if you have any questions about it, they will get answered by Cindy or one of your fellow clayers. We are one big family here all ready to help each other when we can. You won’t find anything better out there. Thanks again Cindy and Doug. Many Uuuuggggs. ~Peggy-B >> This comment was originally posted at the following link: Polymer Clay Tutorials
Dear Cindy – Just wanted to let you know that I think your polymer clay video tutorials are just great! The instructions are very clear. I’m sure any beginner in clay would benefit from watching them. Thanks for the time and care you put into your teaching. ~Sara-T >> This comment was originally posted at the following link: Polymer Clay Jewelry

Member Benefits 047-3: Techniques Tools
Filed in 3: Member Benefits,Techniques Tools, , 11:01 amGreat tutorial! I loved how simple it was, though the finished product looked complex. ~Carol-M >> This comment was originally posted at the following link: Blend and Switch Technique
Cindy, I so enjoy your videos and look forward to every Friday to see what new thing is happening. I’m impressed with how you take complicated ideas and present them in ways that are easy to understand therefore making them easy for me to attempt to duplicate. I am a teacher also and I know what it takes to pull a lesson together… alot goes into each lesson just to get it to a proper presentation. Now if you were to decide to do more complicated techniques I would be willing to pay more as it would only be fair. Just my thoughts! ~Jayne-S >> This comment was originally posted at the following link: Sanding with Micromesh Abrasives
YEAH! Friday my favorite day! Just watched the tutorial, it’s amazing how you made something that looked complicated so easy. Never would have thought of this myself. As always you come up with the best creative ideas. And for once I have everything I need for clay and tools. Claying on! ~Jeanne-C >> This comment was originally posted at the following link: Blend and Switch Video

Member Benefits 047-2: Video Learning
Filed in 3: Member Benefits,Video Learning, , 11:01 amCindy, I absolutely love your tutorials… I took a hands on class about a year ago, and I have honestly learned more from your tutorials than I did in that class. The first video I watched was the Dandelion Ghost Cane Tutorial. I made different versions of the cane, and sold the pieces right away. You are so easy to learn from. Some things I would have never tried on my own, but since watching you I have ventured out of my comfort zone and have made amazing pieces. I have 15 back issues I am ordering, I cant wait to try them all. I have a picture on my inspirational wall of a zebra printed clay bead, I have had so many requests for animal printed beads, I can’t wait to watch that tutorial. Thanks again for your tutorials, they have taught me more than I could learn in a hands on class. Kudos to you for a job well done!!!!!! ~Kelli-N >> This comment was originally posted at the following link: Polymer Clay Library
Cindy, I just love your tutorials. The length of the videos are the perfect amount of time, and the sound is great too – like the sound on a cooking show – delicious!!!! They are the perfect respite when I need a small break before getting back to work. At this time in my life I don’t have a lot of time to sit down and work with my clay. But stopping for a moment or two and watching a video keeps me excited and inspired and even though I’m working on something else, it energizes me. I think to myself …hurry up and get this work done so I can have some time later this week to practice that technique with my clay. ~Connie-M >> This comment was originally posted at the following link: Polymer Art Therapy
Hi everyone. When I first subscribed, back at the end of issue 36, I was disappointed in the initial offerings (perhaps you’ll remember our emails, Cindy?). I wanted to give PC Tutor a fair shot, though, so decided to give it one quarter to see what happened. Well, I am happy to say I couldn’t have been more wrong. I’m having a great time with PC Tutor. Cindy, I have become a bona fide admirer of yours. I love the videos. They are filled with tips and tricks and I love the happy manner in which they are delivered. I’m also very happy with the color recipes. Frankly, the only thing missing is… I want more! I see myself being a follower of PC Tutor for a long time to come, hooray. ~Angela-M >> This comment was originally posted at the following link: Polymer Clay Color Recipes

OMG was I ever surprised to see my work featured here today. It’s only because you and Doug make it so fun and easy for us. Thank you both for helping me spread my wings. I would also like to thank everyone here on the blog, just to let you know when I see your beautiful pictures and accomplishments it encourages me to try harder. Thanks everyone! ~Jeanne-C >> This comment was originally posted at the following link: Blend and Switch Technique
What I love is that whatever is being taught here also encourages us go further beyond just what is covered in the lessons. I think there’s a Buzz Lightyear quote in there “…to infinity and beyond!” ;0) It’s a true compliment to Cindy that the lessons open up our ideas, not simply limit everyone to only the tutorials. ~DJ >> This comment was originally posted at the following link: Polymer Clay Art Sheets
